The work of a Personal Trainer can be carried out in various locations, such as fitness centers, pools, parks, rivers, lakes, and athletic tracks, both indoors and outdoors. Our training modalities include gym workouts, free weights, running, swimming, and cycling. Our focus is on the biomechanics of movement and posture, ensuring that you can perform exercises efficiently and effectively while minimizing the risk of potential injuries.
