Cunha Multisport Training’s methodology is characterized by the integration of theoretical and practical knowledge from over 15 years of experience in sports practice by Técio Cunha. With such theoretical-practical expertise, we can plan your training efficiently and safely, properly manipulating the training variables, where science goes related to practical experience. To achieve this, we use a cycle of monitoring and performance that involves the use of tools such as heart rate, cadence, and power meter, among others, for constant monitoring of each student’s evolution, using data collection for study and analysis of the parameters obtained. Through this process, we compare the analysis with personal goals and our student’s individualities to define the best practices and strategies, reducing the risk of injury and optimizing the development of each individual. Both the data collected from training and its results are also evaluated, turning the method into a constant progress cycle for our group.
